Students are excited that Easter is not over! Although they began their Easter season by celebrating Easter Sunday with their families, they continued that after returning to school. Students unburied their Alleluia banners which they had placed in a box at the beginning of Lent. They displayed them in the entrance foyer where they will stay until the end of the Easter season. We will continue to share stories from Jesus' time after the resurrection and help the students identify ways to imitate the apostles in their lives. In addition, our Catholic 7th and 8th graders will receive Confirmation, which is a Sacrament of Initiation into the Church.
