Sarah Jeanne (Baugher) Alexander

Sarah Jeanne (Baugher) Alexander, 74, of Arnold, MO, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, March 13, 2022, after a long battle with lung cancer.

Born July 9, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Helen (Baker) Baugher of Marissa, Illinois. Following being a homemaker while her children were growing, in 2009, she retired in packaging at KV Pharmaceuticals in St. Louis.

Sarah is survived by her two sons, David “Scott” (Lisa) Siebert of Nixa, Missouri and Steven W. (Wendy) Siebert of Festus, Missouri; beloved grandchildren: Michelle, Michael, Payton, Paige, Abby and Mason; one brother, Robert Baugher of Marissa, Illinois; one sister, Janet Myers (the late Jay) of Spencer, Iowa; and numerous nieces and nephews. Sarah is also survived by Maggie, her 4-legged furry companion for many years.

She was a proud member of the Meramec Arnold Eagles Auxiliary, as well as the Meramec Arnold Elks Lodge. However, her favorite activities were gathering with family and friends, watching the grandkids sporting events, and dancing.

A small grave site ceremony will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the Oddfellows Cemetery in Sullivan, Missouri, with Pastor John Blackmore officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family have requested memorial donations be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
