Rusty Forester

Rusty Clevland Forester, 53, of Leasburg, MO, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, August 26, 2021.

Rusty was born on September 9, 1967 in Sullivan, MO, to Leslie W. Forester and Leona B. Durbin. He grew up and attended Cuba schools. Rusty was employed by Meramec Group for 28 years.

Rusty loved the outdoors! He enjoyed hunting and fishing, barbecuing, hanging out around a bonfire, and enjoying float trips. He also loved movies, music and animals, especially his own dog. Rusty will be lovingly remembered and missed by his family and friends.

Rusty is survived by wife, Crystal Forester of Cuba, MO; two of his siblings, Lesa K. Forester and Dennis L. Forester, both of Sullivan, MO; other extended relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Leona B. Durbin; his father, Leslie W. Forester; one sister, Kathryn Y. Durbin; and one niece, Jamie N. Durbin.

Cremation arrangements will be taking place. No services will be held.
