Rosabel Grace Turner

Baby Rosabel Grace Turner, infant daughter of Devan and Meripza Turner of Sullivan, was born December 30, 2022 and went home to be with Jesus on Friday, January 6, 2023.

Although her time here was brief, she impacted many people around the world.  Rosabel’s family spent as much time as possible with her during her time in the hospital.  Within two days of her birth, she was being prayed for from coast to coast in America and around the world. Her short life was one that was a battle from the beginning, earning the nickname “Lil Jalapeno” because she was a spicy fighter. Rosabel will never be forgotten and will always live in the hearts of her family.

Rosabel is survived by her parents, Devan and Meripza Turner of Sullivan; her grandparents: Marko and Mary Turner of Sullivan, MO, Misty Hager of Independence, MO, and Miguel and Angelia Marquez of Owensville, MO; great-grandparents: Charles Hager, Debbie Turner, Diane Jones, and Juan and Rufina Marquez; one great-great-grandmother, Donna Jackson of Cuba, MO; uncles: Dalton Turner and wife Hannah, Brock Bush, Miguel Marquez, and Issac Marquez; aunts: Demi Turner, Yvonne Courtois and husband Christopher, and Jazabel Marquez.

Services will be 7 PM, Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor John Blackmore officiating.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM, Wednesday, prior to the service at Eaton Funeral Home.
