Patrick E. Kays

Patrick E. Kays, 81 of Sullivan, MO passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 at his home with his sons, Terry and Dewayne by his side.

Patrick Eugene was born on November 10, 1941 to Joseph and Dorothy (Harrison) Kays in Long Beach, California. He honorably served is country in the United States Army from January 9, 1964 to December 28, 1965. Patrick was united in marriage to Frances K. Watson on May 21, 1965 and two sons were born Terry and Dewayne. Patrick was a machinist and was employed by Nieman Tool for over twenty years until its closing. He then went to work of Mark Andy Inc. in Chesterfield for ten plus years. After retirement Patrick and Frances enjoyed going for long rides in the country and were even known to go all the way to Kansas City. Patrick enjoyed the outdoors and appreciated all that nature had to offer. He will be missed by his sons and forever held in their hearts.

Patrick is survived by his sons Terry and Dewayne Kays of Sullivan, MO.

Patrick was preceded in death by his wife Frances Kays, his parents Joseph and Dorothy Kays; and one brother and sister- in- law, Bill and Doris Kays.

Cremation services have taken place for Mr. Kays. There will be no services.

All arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, MO.
