Kenneth “Kenny” Dale Brown, 83, of Sullivan, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at his home.

On January 24, 1939, Kenny was born to the union of Fred Brown and Sarah (Whitchurch) in St. Clair.

Kenny was united in marriage to Launa Davis on February 28, 1969, in St. Clair.

He was a member of the UAW and retired from Chrysler after 20 plus years of dedicated service.

Kenny was a casual outdoorsman enjoying hunting and fishing. He loved searching for arrowheads as well as morel mushrooms. Kenny also had a green thumb and regularly tended a garden and grew flowers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Sarah Brown; his wife, Launa Brown; infant son, David Brown; one sister, Virginia Stahlman; two brothers, Stanley Brown and Robert Brown; grandson, Zac Brown.

Kenny is survived by three sons, Jim Brown and wife Cris of Stanton, Rick Brown and wife DeeDee of Union and Dale Brown and wife Diane of Sullivan; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; best friend and dog, Bosco; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Visitation was held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Midlawn Funeral Home, Union. A funeral service followed at 12 p.m. Interment was at Midlawn Memorial Gardens, Union. Visit www.midlawn.com for an online guestbook.
