Kelly Graddy-Jones

Kelly Graddy-Jones, 57, of Sullivan, MO passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.

Kelly Eileen was born on May 24, 1965 in St. Louis, MO to the late Charles and Susan (Roller) Gargus. She grew up and attended school and eventually became mother to five children: Charlyne, Ben, Larry Jr., Shawnie, and Kati. She spent most of her working years as a server at various places, such as Flying J, Applebee’s, and Cracker Barrel. She loved serving her customers over the years.

Throughout her life, Kelly enjoyed music and going to concerts with her children. In her spare time, Kelly liked to go fishing. She was also a great cook and made delicious meals for her loved ones. Kelly loved her grandchildren and cherished any moments she got to spend with them. She really just loved people and had a kind heart. Kelly will be remembered for being there for people when they needed an extra hand. 

Kelly was united in marriage to John Jones in Stanton, MO on September 25, 2021.  Sadly, they were unable to enjoy this next chapter of their lives together.

Kelly is survived by her husband, John Jones; two sons, Ben Graddy and Larry Graddy, Jr, both of Bourbon, MO; two daughters, Charlyne Schatzl and husband Charles Stroup of Sullivan and Kati Loness and fiance, Michael Helman, of Bourbon, MO; a brother, Chris Gargus of Hermann, MO; four grandchildren: Jake and Isabelle Schatzl, both of Sullivan, MO, Kylie Reign Elieen Graddy and Pete Dean Loness, both of Bourbon, MO; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one daughter, Shawnie Graddy.

A Celebration of Life for Kelly will be 1 PM to 3 PM, Friday, December 23, 2022 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan.
