Joseph Terry

Joseph Richard Ethan Terry, 42, of Sullivan, Missouri, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Salem Memorial Hospital – Salem, MO.

Joseph Richard “Ethan” was born on August 4, 1978 in Sullivan, Missouri, to the late Richard Charles and Rita Diane (Capostagno) Terry. He attended and graduated from Sullivan High School, class of 1997. Ethan was employed in factory work and also helped out with computers until ill health forced him to retire. Ethan loved to write, study Bible scripture, and enjoyed computer gaming. He was saved and baptized at Sullivan Christian Church. Ethan’s family was his whole world and he loved them will all of his heart and they loved him.

Ethan is survived by his brother, Carl Terry and wife, Katie Zink, of Tulsa, OK; two aunts, Jane McClary and Linda Terry, both of Sullivan, MO; as well as other extended relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Rita Terry; his paternal grandparents, Richard and Betty Terry; and his maternal grandfather, Joseph Capostagno.

Graveside services were held 3 p.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Stanton Cemetery.
