Joseph “Joey” Allen Beebe, 36, of Sullivan, MO, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan. Born on April 22, 1987, the son of William Freeman and Sandra Valley, Joey's life was a testament to the enduring spirit of generosity and love.

Joey's early years were spent in the classrooms of Sullivan, where he formed lifelong friendships and developed a strong work ethic that would serve him well throughout his life. At an early age he began his first job that saw him become a respected supervisor at SLP Lighting. His dedication and leadership were further recognized when he later joined the team at Aerofil, where he continued to make a significant impact.

Beyond his professional life, Joey was a man of many passions. He could often be found on the serene lakes and rivers of Missouri, fishing rod in hand, enjoying the tranquility of nature. Camping trips were a favorite pastime, as were the hours he spent scouring for scrap metal, a hobby that reflected his love for discovery and recycling.

Perhaps the most enduring of Joey's interests was his commitment to rescuing dogs. His heart was always open to those in need, and he provided a loving home to countless canines over the years, asking for nothing in return but their companionship.

Those who knew Joey will remember him as the ultimate friend, one who gave everything to others. His generosity knew no bounds, and his sense of humor brought joy and laughter to all who were lucky enough to be in his presence. Above all, Joey was loving—a man whose kindness touched the lives of everyone around him.

Joey is survived by his father, Bill Freeman of Sullivan, MO; four brothers: Robert Valley of Bourbon, MO, Steven Beebe and wife, Wendy of Bourbon, MO, Corey Beebe and wife, Brandi of Union, MO, and Bobby Erwin of Sullivan, MO; one sister, Kayliene Eslinger and husband, Joe of Sullivan, MO, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
