John Mason, Jr.

John Clifton Mason, Jr., 78, of Sullivan, MO passed away on June 16, 2021.

John was born March 29, 1943 to John C. Mason Sr. and Maggie McVicker. He resided most of his life in Sullivan, MO.

John was very passionate about antiques, piggy banks and coins. He had a passion for the 4th of July, fireworks and drinking coffee with friends.

John is survived by his wife, Jean, of the family home. John C. Mason III of New York, Ryan Mason of Sullivan, Jeanie and Greg Black of Florida, John and Heather McDaniels of Florida, Jan and Steve Henry of Steelville, Jeri and Dale Hines of Edgar Springs, twenty grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

John was preceded in death by his first wife, Penny Jo Mason (Heuer), his parents, John C. Mason Sr., Roberta Mason (step-mother) and Maggie McVicker (mother).

There will be no funeral arrangements at this time. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
