Frank L. Whited, Jr., age 48, of Ironton, MO, passed away at his home on Friday, April 9, 2021.

Franklin Lee Whited, Jr. was born in Washington, MO, September 21, 1972, to Franklin L. “Butch” Whited Sr. and Carolyn “Sue” (Inman) Whited. He grew up and attended school in St. Clair, MO. As a young boy, he became interested and involved in concrete work. Throughout his life, he was able to work with his family’s business. Frank was very blessed to have a good relationship with his father, Frank Sr. 

In 2004, Frank’s son, Frank J. Whited, was born. In 2011, Frank made his home in Ironton, MO, at his family’s cabin. Frank was mechanically gifted and enjoyed fixing up old trucks, as well as tinkering with and fixing random things. Frank will be very missed by his family and friends. 

Frank is survived by his son, Frank J. Whited, of Ironton, MO; three sisters: Carla Pelton and husband, Steve, of St. Clair, MO, Caren Vogt and husband, Lester, of Rosebud, MO, and Cassie Belfancha and husband, Monte, of St. Clair, MO; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin L. “Butch” Whited Sr. and Carolyn “Sue” Whited.

Visitation was held 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, April 16, 2021 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan. Cremation will follow the visitation.
