Donna M. Goetges

Donna M. Goetges, 67, of St. Clair, MO passed away at her home on Friday, September 2, 2022.

Donna Marie Politte was born on June 8, 1955 in St. Louis, MO to Clifford and Joann (Blackford) Politte. She grew up and attended school in St. Louis. Donne was blessed with one son, Daniel Goetges. She and her longtime partner, Ron Williams, became a couple on January 6, 1999 and have spent the last 23 years together.

Through the years, Donna was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in several different nursing homes. She was always very loving and caring with her residents. Donna made her home in Camdenton, MO for some time, then she moved to Florida for three years before returning to Missouri. She and Ron made their home in St. Clair in 2004. Donna loved her family with all of her heart and they considered her to be the “rock” of their family.

In her free time, Donna enjoyed watching crime scene investigation shows and riding motorcycles. She loved all animals, but she was especially fond of her cats. Donna will be remembered for her kindness to others and the love she had for her family.    

Donna is survived by her son, Daniel Goetges of St. Clair, MO; longtime partner, Ronald Williams of St. Clair, MO; one granddaughter, Rachel Heifner of Old Mines, MO; two siblings, Joe Leigh of St. Louis, MO and Linda Gibson of Claremont, CA; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Joann Politte; and one brother, Michael Politte.

A Celebration of Life was held from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, September 8, 2022 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, MO.
