Cynthia Elizabeth Crider, age 65, of Bourbon, MO, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Missouri Baptist Hospital – St. Louis.

Cindy was born on December 22, 1956, to Robert L. and wife, Lois Dean Beyreis (nee Simmerly). She was united in marriage to Garry L. Crider on June 14, 1984. She and Garry eventually moved to the property on Landon Road that was in her family for over 100 years, and for which Landon Road was named. It was important to her that her children could grow up in the same place she had, and to be surrounded by family nearby. Cindy worked at Meramec Shoe for 32 years, where she was affectionately known as LuLu. Sadly, disability caused her to have to retire early. She lived for her family and was always involved in making sure everybody was taken care of. She treasured the hours spent with her children and grandchildren.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 38 years, Garry; four children & companions: Randi Pennock (Jennifer), Amanda Haffer (George Jr.), Andrea Crider (Cory Hamann) and Page Fugitt; her mother, Lois “Dean” Beyreis; a brother, Robert Beyreis (Margaret); two grandchildren, Alex Parker and Kami Hamann; and many other extended relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert L. Beyreis; her paternal grandparents, Jim and Roberta Beyreis; her maternal grandparents, Ashley and Elizabeth Simmerly; and her maternal aunt & uncle, Betty and Junior Campbell.

Cremation arrangements have taken place. No services are planned.

Memorial contributions may be made directly to Cindy’s family.
