Charles E. Thouvenel III, 51, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Missouri Baptist Hospital – Saint Louis.

Charles Edward Thouvenel III, better known as Carlos, was born January 15, 1970 in Downey, CA, to Charles and Margaret (Garcia) Thouvenel. They moved to Bourbon, MO, in 1995, and Carlos went to work for Robins Plate and Tie Factory. Later, he worked at Aerofil in Sullivan.

Carlos loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed taking his grandchildren to Six Flags, and treating them to toys while they were there. Carlos also enjoyed spending time on the river, canoeing and camping, and recently became interested in gardening.
