Betty Jane Faciane

Betty Jane Faciane, 84, of St. Louis, MO, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Life Care Center of Sullivan.

Betty was born in St. Louis, MO, on July 15, 1937, to Fred and Aldi (Sullivan) Minehardt. As a young woman, Betty lived in Louisiana, where she met and eventually married Bruce J. Faciane. Together they had three children: Bruce Jr., Melanie and Robert. Betty eventually made her way back to St. Louis, where she worked as a waitress and a caregiver. She always had a big heart for helping and caring for others. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with her beautiful grandchildren. Betty will be lovingly remembered and missed by her family and friends.

Betty is survived by two of her children, Melanie Mazzola and husband Ricky of Sullivan, MO and Robert Faciane and wife Becky of Southport Beach, NC; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, other extended relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one of her sons, Bruce Faciane, Jr.; her parents, Fred and Aldi; and seven brothers and sisters.

Cremation arrangements have taken place. No services are planned at this time.
