CCR-1 Upgrading Facilities This Summer
The Crawford County R-1 School District is making several improvements this summer that will boost energy efficiency.
In partnership with Navitas, the district has launched several facility upgrades that are already underway across campuses.
The multi-phase project includes three key initiatives: weatherization, upgraded lighting installation, and new building automation systems.
Weatherization has already been completed, while the lighting and automation are on track to be finished before the 2025–26 school year begins.
The new lighting systems are being installed throughout the district’s buildings. The middle school classrooms and the gymnasium are among the first areas receiving the upgrades.
