The Lady Eagles started the year with four losses, then went on a 12-3 run to finish the regular season.
Sullivan marked their sixth consecutive winning record in 2025. They went 5-4 at their home field, 5-1 on the road and 2-3 in tournament play. The Lady Eagles averaged 3.5 goals a game and allowed 2.6.
Head Coach Matt Wiegers was proud to see his players fight together through every battle and lift one another through each trial. He shared, “Soccer is a game that is dependent on the development of the team bond. We spent all season searching for our true identity only to find that team bond at the right moment. It was great to see how each of the girls came together to bring about our team’s success. It wasn’t the success of just one, but the acts of all that made our team stand out.”
