Girls Basketball Battles Warriors In Week Three
Sullivan (2-4) capped off their road trip with clashes against Lady Warriors. The varsity team hammered Warrenton (1-3) 45-32 on Dec. 9 but came up short 36-29 to Fox (3-2) the following Friday.

The Lady Eagles went 16-45 from the floor and 6-11 from the charity stripe. They soared ahead with 29 rebounds, 15 assists, six steals and two blocks.
Cora Shetley swished a team-high 12 points, shooting 5-8 from the field. The senior swatted two shots for Sullivan’s only blocks and led her squad with two steals. She also contributed four rebounds and an assist.
Ella Kirk scorched the net with ten points. She put on a clinic, executing 3-4 of her field shots and free throws. The sophomore also dished out two assists and hauled in a rebound.
Karlee Head led Sullivan with seven boards, six offensive and one defensive. She also dropped five baskets, a dime and a steal.
Olivia Barton assisted three scores, bagging 5 points, three rebounds and a steal.
Molly Lohden dominated with three rebounds, two assists, 2 points and a steal.
Lily Schmuke racked up 4 points, two rebounds and two assists.
Katie Miller tallied three assists, two rebounds and a three-pointer.
Avery Merkel notched 3 points, two rebounds, an assist and a steal.
Kynlee Peterson pulled down three boards and knocked in a free throw.
Sydney Montee scooped up two rebounds.
