Lady Eagles Volleyball Routs Shamrocks
Sullivan (7-8) scored a huge conference win over New Haven (14-5-1) on Thursday, Sept. 27. The Lady Eagles delivered a complete sweep in three sets: 25-13, 25-17 and 27-25. After beating the Shamrocks, Sullivan’s varsity team holds a 2-1 record in Four Rivers play.
Earlier in week five, the Lady Eagles shut out St. James to snap a seven-game losing skid. Head coach Sarah Rochleau was proud of her team for bouncing back against two conference teams. She stated, “It was a good week for the Eagles volleyball program, as all three teams won out in both of our conference matches. Coming off of the West Plains quad, we knew we had been playing good volleyball despite the losses, so it was nice to be able to continue that and come up with two nice wins.”
