Over thirty 2nd-8th graders learned the proper techniques of the sport from the Eagle coaches and athletes. Wrestlers Learn The Ropes At Youth Camp

The Sullivan High School wrestling program held a youth camp for its future fighters from Aug. 7-8. They had an army of over thirty 2nd-8th graders who participated.
The Eagle coaches and wrestlers showed the campers how to execute the proper techniques on the mat. They learned how to wrap and pin down an opponent and the mental elements that come with the sport. After the two-day camp, the wrestlers fully understood what it takes to emerge with their arm raised high after a bout.
