Six Softball Players Receive High Honors

Six Lady Eagle softball players received honors for taking Sullivan to the District Championship in the 2023 season.

Junior Molly Lohden was selected for 1st Team All-State, 1st Team All-Region, 1st Team All-District and 1st Team All-Conference for being both an offensive and defensive powerhouse. 

In her first season as a shortstop, junior Dorie Richardson made 2nd Team All-State, 1st Team All-Region, 1st Team All-District and 1st Team All-Conference. 

Junior Evvie Blankenship earned 2nd Team All-District and 2nd Team All-Conference spots. 

Senior Hayli Venable was selected 2nd Team All-District and 2nd Team All-Conference for her uncompromising attitude and resilience throughout her high school career. 

Sophomore catcher Carli McCreary made 2nd Team All-Region, 1st Team All-District and 2nd Team All-Conference. 

Junior pitcher Ava Declue was selected for 1st Team All-Region, 1st Team All-District and 1st Team All-Conference.
