Holiday Classic Begins

The Peoples Bank Holiday Classic kicked off at Sullivan High School on Monday, Dec. 11. The girls basketball tournament will run until the following Friday.
The first day featured matchups between St. James and Miller Career at 4 p.m., followed by Sullivan and St. Francis Borgia at 5:30 p.m., St. Pius X against Salem at 7 p.m. and Owensville vs. Steelville at 8:30 p.m.
The tournament continues on Wednesday, Dec. 13, with the Championship and Consolation quarterfinals scheduled from 4 to 8:30 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 15, marks the final day of the Holiday Classic. The 7th place game will begin at 4 p.m., followed by the Consolation match at 5:30 p.m., the 3rd place game at 7 p.m. and the Championship at 8:30 p.m.
