Four Boys Soccer Players Make FRC All-Selection Team

Four varsity boys soccer players were selected for the 2023 Four Rivers All-Selection team: Alex Toews, Aiden Lawrence, Luke Herron and Cambrian Koch.

In his first season, sophomore goalkeeper Toews started 20 games and made 172 saves with a percentage of 0.782.

Sophomore defender Lawrence was fantastic at taking the ball back. He also contributed with an assist and a point.

Freshman midfielder Herron showed great promise, recording 31 shots, 7 goals, 4 assists, 18 points and 15 corners.

In his last season, senior forward Koch amassed an astounding 62 shots, 18 goals, 1 assist and 37 points. Also serving as team captain, he secured the game-winner against Crocker, scoring three goals in that game and repeated another hat trick against Fredericktown.
