XC Hermann Invitl.: Denneys Take 1st And Eden Lambert Secures 15th
In Hermann, junior Abram Denney finished in 1st place with a time of 17:37.19.
Sophomore Nolan Studdard claimed 36th with a time of 21:27.26 and his older brother, senior Ian Studdard, secured 37th place at 22:17.12. Freshman Sam Simmington finished 38th with a time of 22:34.97.
There were a total of 39 runners and Sullivan did not place.
Girls
Freshman Mariah Denney achieved 1st place with a time of 19:51.94.
Freshman Eden Lambert made 15th place with a time of 23:14.91. Senior Breanna Mayberry finished in 21st place with a time of 24:19.05, senior Jade Studdard came in 31st at 25:45.68, senior Maria Schatzl placed 49th at 29:25.05 and another senior, Peyton Evans, finished 61st with a time of 33:42.28.
In total, there were 61 runners and Sullivan placed 5th out of 6 teams, earning 86 points. Hermann took the top spot with 62 points, Union (68) got 2nd place, Owensville (71) came in 3rd, Pacific (78) got 4th and North Point (114) finished in last place.
