Patricia “Pat” Christopher,74, of Sullivan, MO passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Missouri Baptist Hospital – Sullivan.

Patricia Ann Marie (Foster) Christopher was born May 30, 1948 in Oakland, California to Samuel and Wilma (Voss) Foster. She grew up in Bourbon, Missouri and graduated from Bourbon High School, class of 1964. After high school, Pat worked for Adams Surveying and Mullins. During these years, she was blessed with four boys. While raising her sons, she began driving a school bus while also attending ECC to further her education. Pat received a B.A. in Engineering and went to work for Aerofil as an architectural engineer. She was a woman of many talents and a very hard worker, as well as an entrepreneur, later opening PC Antiques in Bourbon. It was there that she met Doug Blanton, and they were partners in life for 22 years.

Pat enjoyed shopping for antiques, gardening and growing flowers. She was a loving, compassionate, and devoted mother, as well as just being a happy and wonderful person. She was always wearing a smile. Later in life, Pat loved traveling to Navarre, Florida to see her sons, Alan, Aaron, and Daryl.

Pat is survived by her life partner of 22 years, Doug Blanton; four sons: Daryl Christopher and wife Sissy of Navarre, FL, Duane Christopher and wife Jessica of Bourbon, MO, Aaron Christopher and wife Trista of Navarre, FL, and Alan Christopher and wife Jennifer of Navarre, FL; sister-in-law, Debbie Betke and husband Steve of Sullivan; two nieces, Hannah Betke of Sullivan and Abi Pipkin and husband John of TX; one nephew, Jonathan Williams and wife Hannah of MD; ten grandchildren: Kaylee, Lyndsey, Amber, Tristan, Isaiah, Lilly, Logan, Hunter, Leighton, and Jace; and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Wilma Foster; and her parents-in-law, Orville and Sue Blanton.

Cremation arrangements have taken place. No services are planned at this time.
