Shirley Jean Williams, 74, of Cuba, Missouri passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Missouri Baptist Hospital – Sullivan.

Shirley is survived by her loving husband, Dean, of Cuba, MO; a daughter, Rebecca Meier and husband Stephen of Topeka, KS; two grandsons, Trevor Meier and significant other, Stevie Boutun, and Spencer Meier, all of Topeka, KS; a great–grandson, Jaxton Lee Meier; two sisters, Betty Walbrecht and Wanda Summers, both of Bourbon, MO; other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Helen Pennock; a brother, Stanley Pennock; two uncles, Louis Barnhart and Elwood Barnhart; and three aunts: Ella Hartung, May Chapman, and Ethel Miller.

Funeral Services were 11 a.m., Monday, August 22, 2022 at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Bourbon with Pastor Bryan Gallant officiating. Interment  followed in Gerth Cemetery in Bourbon.

Visitation was 9–11 a.m., Monday, prior to the service at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Bourbon.

In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, The American Alzheimer’s Association, or the American Stroke Association.
