Leonard Leroy Key

Leonard Leroy Key, 85, of Huntsville, Mo., formerly of Sullivan, passed away Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at Brunswick Nursing and Rehab.
He was born Feb. 29, 1936, to Clearance and Madge (Bell) Key in Sullivan.
He was united in marriage to Glenda Glaser Oct. 15, 1960, at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Bem.
Leonard served his country with the United States Army. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clearance and Madge and brother-in-law, Leo Weiskopf.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda of Huntsville; sons, David Key and wife Kris of Moberly and John Key and wife Kelly of Arnold; sister, JoAnne Weiskopf of Sullivan; grandchildren, Michelle Price and husband Brandon, Jennifer, Michael, Amy, Ryan and Dana Key; and great-grandchildren, Karmyn and Awesome Frakes, Wesley and Emily Price.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 28 from 10-11 a.m. at Gottenstroeter Chapel in Owensville.
Memorial services will follow at 11 a.m. at the Chapel with Elder David Tucker officiating. His ashes were interred at an earlier date in St. John's United Church of Christ Cemetery in Bem.
