Vicky Heuer

Vicky Heuer, age 70, of Sullivan, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan.

Vicky Lynn was born on July 19, 1951 in Salem, MO, to the late Joe P. and Norma Jean (Cook) Heuer. She attended and graduated from Sullivan High School, class of 1969. Vicky was united in marriage to Don Starbeck on November 4, 1972 and together they had two children, Gabriel and Kylie. Vicky was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Her family were her delight and she enjoyed spending time with them and her puppy, Heidi. In her free time, Vicky enjoyed knitting, reading and arts and crafts.

Vicky is survived by her children, Gabe Starbeck of Sullivan, MO and Kylie Feese of Sullivan, MO; six grandchildren: Chelsea Keene and husband, Zach, of Michigan, Isabella Starbeck, Austin Bartle and fiancé, Sierra Smythe, Logan Harms and husband, Jesse, and Kaitlyn Scott, all of Sullivan, MO; one brother, Marc Heuer and wife, Linda, of Cuba, MO; nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Norma Jean Heuer; a sister, Penny Jo Mason; and her granddaughter, Madison Bartle.

A Memorial service will be held 7 p.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, with Pastor Kenny Todd officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, prior to the service at Eaton Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions in Vicky’s memory may be made to the Madison Bartle Scholarship Fund.
