Franklin County Reports 19 New COVID-19 Cases, 31st Death
Franklin County said on Wednesday a 66-year-old New Haven woman died due in part to COVID-19, the 31st death overall.
She is the 13th death since Aug. 15.
The county said there were 19 new COVID-19 cases.
While the volume dropped, the overall positivity rate rose to 6.25%.
Over the last 14 days, it is 9.74%.
The total number of cases is 1,985.
The 10-day rolling total is 218 and the 14-day average of new cases is 27.43.
Hospitalizations have risen to 18 and the number of cases in long-term care facilities is down to 16.
