Franklin County Reports 31 Cases Over Weekend

Franklin County reported 31 cases of COVID-19 over the weekend — 11 from Saturday and 20 more on Sunday.

Seven of the cases involve children, including a 1-year-old Union male.

Only one recovery was reported, bringing the number of active cases to 132.

As of Monday, there have been 356 cases, 206 recoveries and 18 deaths.

The majority of the cases are residents outside skilled nursing facilities. There are 111 active cases outside those facilities and 21 within.
