Clarence E. Farmer, age 78, of Sullivan, MO, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan. Clarence Eugene was born on August 13, 1941 at St. Louis, MO, son of the late Clarence Farmer and Catherine Bakersmith. He grew up and attended school in St. Louis.
