Denna A. Rector

Denna A. Rector, age 53, of Sullivan, MO, passed away Monday, July 29, 2019 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan.

Denna Alice was born on March 27, 1966 in Washington, MO, the daughter of John and Mary Alice Pearl (Hearst) Briggs. She was united in marriage to Charles Rector on September 20, 1986 and they celebrated 32 years of marriage together. Charles and Denna were blessed with one son, Charles John Glendon Rector, known as CJ. Denna loved her family and caring for them. She also enjoyed music and singing and was a good Christian woman. She will be missed by her husband, son, father and numerous family members. 

Denna is survived by her husband, Charles Rector of Sullivan; her son, Charles John Glendon “CJ” Rector of Sullivan; her father, John Briggs of Sullivan; mother-in-law, Mary Ellen Ford of Sullivan; aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Briggs.

It was Denna’s wish to be cremated. The family will have a celebration of Denna’s life at a later date. 

All arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home of Sullivan, MO.
