Leeman Francis “Frank” Burch, Jr., age 74 of Cape Girardeau, MO, passed away August 13, 2018.  Frank as he was known was born on July 8, 1944 in Mexico, MO to Leeman Francis and Edna Rowena (Stiegman) Burch. He left the Dallas area and returned to Missouri shortly before his passing.
