The Sullivan Police Department made 19 arrests for the week of February 11 through February 17 in the City of Sullivan. This week’s arrests were: Feb. 11: Johnathan P. West, 21, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. West was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons. Feb.
