Carol R. Mitchell, age 72, of Sullivan, MO, passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Life Care Center of Sullivan.  Carol Ray was born on February 18, 1946 in St. Louis, MO, to the late Billy R. and Virginia V. Hanes. She grew up and attended school in Belleville, IL.
