Man Accused Of Striking Motorcycle Head-On, Leaving Scene

A Bourbon man is charged with striking a motorcycle head-on, then leaving the scene of the accident. The accident led to moderate injuries for a Sullivan man.
Uri M. Bailey, 37, is charged with failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to register motor vehicle, operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility, driving while revoked/suspended and leaving the scene of an accident causing physical injury.
