Two Arrested In Drug Investigation
Two Bourbon residents were arrested July 18 after law enforcement recovered large quantities of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, cash and a drug ledger at a residence.
An active methamphetamine lab was located in a detached garage on the property.
Wyatt Zelch, 36, and Andrea Incremona, 25, are charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
The probable cause statement alleges that Zelch and Incremona had recently purchased methamphetamine precursors and were actively involved in producing the drug.
