Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made eight arrests for the week of Dec. 25 through Dec. 29 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Dec. 25: Raymond M. Enke, 42, Sullivan, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for driving while under the influence of drugs, no bond and a Franklin County warrant for no valid license, exceeding the speed limit with bond set at $450. Enke was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 26: Jeremy R. Miller, 22, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Miller was held and released on a court summons.

Dec. 26: Jessica F. Kaplan, 30, Rolla, was arrested for alleged possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Kaplan was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 27: Lucifier F. Stahl, 25, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance, careless driving and no seatbelt, bond $800 and a St. Clair Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $500. Stahl was held in the Sullivan Jail and released to Franklin County Deputies.

Dec. 27: Thomas Steigerwald, 35, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance. Steigerwald was released on bond.

Dec. 27: Eliza M. Braatz, 39, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive. Braatz was held and released on a court summons.

Dec. 29: Waren L. Brown, 57, Bourbon, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no license, bond $145 and Sullivan charges for allegedly driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance and displaying plates of another vehicle. Brown was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 29: Keith A. Philbrook, 25, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $500. Philbrook was held in the Sullivan Jail.
