Sullivan Man Among Two Arrested In Drug, Weapons Arrest
A 25-year-old Sullivan man, with a lengthy criminal history, is behind bars along with a 24-year-old St. Louis woman following an incident at Circle K, 408 Missouri Highway 185, Wednesday, Aug. 23, in which methamphetamine, heroin and firearms were seized by the Franklin County, Multi-County Narcotics And Violent Crimes Unit, (MCNVCU) from a stolen vehicle taken during a carjacking in St. Louis.
Panfilo J. Martinez, 25, Sullivan and Taylor M. Borick, 24, St. Louis were charged Thursday in Franklin County Court with possession of a controlled substance. Martinez is also charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance and held on $50,000 cash only bond while Borick is held on a $25,000 bond. Both are held in the Franklin County Adult Detention Center.
