Washington Man Charged With Statutory Rape

A Washington man was charged last week with statutory rape that allegedly occurred in St. Clair last October.
Jordan Cuneo faces one count of first-degree statutory rape with a victim under 14.
According to the St. Clair Police Department, officers were informed Oct. 25, 2022 of a possible statutory rape that occurred.
Evidence was seized from the incident.
The investigation spanned several months and was forwarded to the prosecuting attorney’s office.
Cuneo was arrested July 27.
He is being held on a $250,000 bond.
