Two Ordinances Before Council Tuesday Night

The Sullivan City Council was scheduled to meet on Tuesday, November 2, with the Planning and Zoning minutes before them and two bills proposed for approval as Ordinances 3933 and 3934.

The Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 26, where they approved a request from TCR Properties LLC requesting a subdivision plat, “Reinhold’s Industrial Park,” which creates two lots, located off Highway AF at Acid Mine Rd. The property is zoned C-4, and was approved unanimously by the commission.

The second matter in the minutes was a request from Midwestern Real Estate Holdings Inc., requesting a zero lot line resubdivision of Lot 23 of “Tessa Park Estates Plat 2” to Lot 23 a and 23 b at 710 and 712 Tessa Dr. The commission approved the request in a three to two vote.

The two ordinances before the council were direct action from the Planning and Zoning meeting and public hearings held on October 26.

Ord. 3933, would create two lots located off Highway AF at Acid Mine Rd. owned by Reinhold and Darrah;

Ord. 3934, would approve a zero-lot lone resubdivision of Lot 23 of Tessa Park Estates Plat 2 to Lot 23a and Lot 23b and 712 Tessa Dr. The property is owned by Curtis Mueller and Midwestern Real Estate Holdings, Inc.

The council did have closed session posted for real estate, litigation and personnel.
