Two adults were found passed out in a vehicle with their children in the back seat July 7 at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital, leading to charges.
Jessica Pettit, 27, Crane, Mo., and Ryan Scott, 34, Sullivan, are each charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, one count of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
They are being held on $25,000 bonds.
