Sullivan Woman Indicted For Helping Child Use Pot

A grand jury indicted a Sullivan woman Sept. 13 for encouraging and aiding a juvenile in the use of marijuana.
Ashley N. Patrick, 36, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
She has been released on bond.
The grand jury returned a true bill charging that in April 2023, Patrick “created a substantial risk” to a 14-year-old victim, “by knowingly encouraging and aiding…(the) illegal use of marijuana.”
Patrick is scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 23 in Franklin County.
