Sullivan Man Accused Of Selling Narcotics
A Sullivan man was charged Nov. 20 after police say they recovered methamphetamine and fentanyl that was packaged for sale.
Andrew P. Teel, 36, faces one count of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession.
Teel was arrested Nov. 18 by Sullivan Police.
He was allegedly in possession of 34 multi-colored capsules consistent with fentanyl. Ten of the capsules were bundled and packaged for sale.
He also allegedly had 3.5 grams of meth, located in a magnetic box within the engine compartment of his vehicle.
Teel has five convictions for possession of controlled substance, four in Franklin County and one in Gasconade County.
