State Revokes Weed License From Robertsville Company

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services on Nov. 16 announced that it has revoked the marijuana manufacturing license of a Franklin County company accused of selling unauthorized products.

Delta Extractions, located in Robertsville, had its products recalled in August after the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) issued a suspension “due to a credible and imminent threat to public health or public safety.”

The revocation goes into effect Dec. 2.

Delta Extraction challenged the suspension, which alleges that the company sold products in Missouri’s regulated market that were not properly tested.

The company is accused of taking THC-A, a non-psychoactive THC concentrate, and converting it into THC.

This practice is prohibited in Missouri.

DCR also said the company falsified data and failed to comply with security measures surrounding its products.
