St. Clair Woman Charged With Burglary
A St. Clair woman was arrested Sunday after she allegedly broke into a home.
The reporting party said they shoved the woman out the door as Franklin County sheriff’s deputies arrived on scene.
Mindy Hawkins-Dickerson has been charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree property damage, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.
Her bond was set at $10,000.
According to Franklin County Sheriff Steven Pelton, the woman broke a door window pane and gained entry.
When deputies arrived, Hawkins-Dickerson allegedly defied law enforcement and continued a disturbance.
She was taken into custody after allegedly resisting arrest.
