Silver Advisory Issued For Man Last Seen At Bourbon Mobil

The Crawford County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at Mobil On the Run, 214 W. Pine St, Bourbon at 4:00 PM on 11/10/2022.

The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:

Stephen Encinas, a white male, age 65, hgt 5'8'', 119 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a dark jacket, black shirt, and blue jeans. 

Diagnosed Medical Condition(s):  Dementia

Vehicle Information:

Dark silver 2014 Chrysler 300, bearing California, 7FHZ335 last seen in Bourbon traveling toward Interstate 44.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident:

Mr. Encinas was last seen in Bourbon at a gas station and has not been heard from or seen since.
