Pedestrian Struck On Interstate 44 By Unknown Tractor Trailer

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a pedestrian was struck by a tractor trailer on Interstate 44 late Wednesday night.
According to the highway patrol, the incident occurred at 11:54 p.m., just east of the 226 mile-marker.
Michael Conchola, 40, Richmond, Mo., was partially walking in the right westbound lane.
An unknown tractor trailer struck Conchola, who had minor injuries.
The tractor trailer left the scene.
Conchola was taken to Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital.
