Man Fires Gun During Argument With Victim

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Cuba man Oct. 15 after he allegedly fired a gun during an argument with a victim.
He has been charged with one count of unlawful use of a weapon and fourth-degree domestic assault.
The probable cause statement says Central Communications (Cencom) heard a man state “give me my phone” while the victim was on the phone with them.
