Man Arrested For Sodomizing Victim With Alzheimer’s

A Washington man was arrested Oct. 16 after the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said he sexually assaulted a victim with Alzheimer’s.

Bryan K. Kramer has been charged with second-degree sodomy.

The probable cause statement alleges that deputies were dispatched to a St. Clair residence on Oct. 14. 

The victim said Kramer propositioned her.She ignored him and went to her bedroom, but Kramer allegedly followed her in.

He mounted the victim and allegedly forced himself on her.

Kramer attempted to rape the victim, according to the probable cause statement. He continued to assault her.

Kramer is being held without bond at the Franklin County Jail.
